Nanopeutics s.r.o. is the global mutually exclusive joint venture established by Alltracel Pharma Ltd. and Elmarco s.r.o. to commercialise Nanospider™ technology for the Healthcare market. Both parent companies have licensed their patented technologies to the joint venture to allow Nanopeutics s.r.o. to further develop technologies, applications and products for the healthcare sector.
